Includability is a UK-based B Corp helping organisations become more inclusive, mentally healthy, sustainable and people-led in practice, not just on paper.

We work with employers to assess where they are, support where they need it most, and embed meaningful change across inclusion, wellbeing, mental health, sustainability, talent management, and leadership and governance.

Our work combines a strategic review, learning, practical tools and a supportive community, giving organisations clarity, confidence and credible evidence of progress.

Includability supports values-driven employers across business, sport and education, from SMEs to large organisations. Our community includes organisations such as Danone, Holland & Barrett, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Liverpool FC, World Of Books, Forestry Commission and a growing network of B Corps, SME's and purpose-led employers.
