    Meet Saski

    Saski is an LGBTQIA+ Inclusion Specialist, Lead Trainer, Facilitator and Speaker, and the creator of Everyday Pride LGBTQIA+ Inclusion and Allyship.

    With a passion for creating more inclusive organisations, schools and communities, positively spotlighting the LGBTQIA+ community and championing the Power of Allyship, Saski helps people build confidence, challenge barriers and turn good intentions into meaningful action.

    Saski has extensive experience delivering LGBTQIA+ inclusion training and consultancy across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has worked with organisations including the NHS, Metropolitan Police Service, BBC, myGwork, Inclusive Companies, Mermaids and Diversity Role Models.

    As a Lead Trainer for the NHS, Saski also delivers mandatory inclusion training focused on Learning Disability, Autism and neurodiversity. Her expertise includes LGBTQIA+ inclusion, allyship, accessibility, belonging, inclusive practice, neurodiversity, mental health and safeguarding.

    Known for her warmth, humour and engaging approach, Saski creates welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable learning, asking questions and having honest conversations.
